More about Örjan

”Originally I’m from Bohuslän on the Swedish west coast, a hard-to miss dialect I still carry with me…  ;). I attended technical upper secondary school in Uddevalla and Trollhättan and graduated in 1989 with an engineering degree with a focus on civil engineering. After that I completed my mandatory military service as a squad leader in the infantry at I17 in Uddevalla. Prior to my military service and for a few years afterwards I worked as site manager for NCC, with a special focus on civil engineering works. After that I decided on further studies, settling on an engineering degree from a technical college, and in 1994 I graduated with a degree in engineering with a focus on infrastructure. I enjoyed my studies, and continued on to Chalmers University of Technology, graduating in 1998 with a degree in civil engineering for roads and hydro constructions, with a focus on infrastructure and structural engineering.

After a few years living in Norway/Oslo I have since 2000 lived in Stockholm, first in the inner city and, since 2007, with my family in the nearby municipality of Nacka/Saltsjö-Boo. My free time I enjoy spending with my children and their activities — football, handball, riding and more! My children Albert, 17, is handball coach in team Skuru IK, Greta, 15, plays football in Nacka FC and is also into horse riding and my youngest boy Ivar, 13, plays football in FC Boo as well as handball in Skuru IK.

In the spring of 2018, I decided to fulfil a long-standing dream of mine and start my own company, resulting in the birth of Bryggö Engineering in May of that year.

I look forward to hearing from you about future collaboration opportunities!”
